We understand that time, money and a building customization to meet a business’ requirements are of the essence and we work closely with the customer to achieve all of their goals.

Our Project Manager is on site every day equipped with the resources of a lap top computer and cell phone along with the experience and expertise to insure that all sub-contractors adhere to our strict standards of excellence and maintain production schedules. We use the CPM critical path method of scheduling on all of our construction projects. Our Project Managers. meet weekly with the Production Manager to update the schedule and send copies to all of our sub-contractors to insure that all of our projects are completed on time. We work closely with our customers in an attempt to insure that the project stays well within the budget.
